This paper shows the kinematic analysis of a quick return mechanism, using at fisrt vector analysis, then the application of mechanical modules of software Proenginneer academic version 5.0 and thirdly using a numerical analysis method of angular velocity and angular acceleration directly from the change of the angular position. For this analysis, particular values of hand-crank radio, distance between centers of the crank and the oscillator, and angular velocity of the crank were wed. The calculations were made for the full rotation of the crank. Finally the application of Pro E computer program displayed the results of the kinematic analysis for three models with respect to 0.75, 0.5 and 0.25 of the radius of the crank and the center distance.
