Nanotechnology is growing faster every day, offering benefits that improve the quality of current life by means of the implementation of its three main branches of action: Nanoelectronics, Nanobiotechnology and Nanomaterials, developing by itself from the ultra-miniaturization (“Top- down”) to molecular manufacture (“down-top”). However, if Nanotechnology is focused since the point of view of bioethics, many questions are come up about the implementation of these futuristic technologies. In that way, reality will be faced to a dream and how this will become a huge risk for people, without forgetting its bad manipulation regarding it since a bioethical perspective.
